USA Cricket’s Nominating and Governance Committee recently announced their timeline for the coming 2021 Board of Directors Election.
In December, USA Cricket announced the approval of a resolution which would move the election to a date to be determined, pending the development of a new membership portal. Last week, USA Cricket announced the rollout of the new membership portal.
On Friday, USA Cricket announced the new timeline for this election, with the voting window taking place between March 10 and March 19, and winners announced on March 31. Potential new members have until February 15th to register for membership in order to be eligible to vote. Registration for the 2021 year is $10.
According to the timeline, February 14 is the closing deadline to receive nominations for three constituent director seats. On February 25th, USAC will announce all eligible candidates for the three constituent director elections, as well as details of the election process.
