Bilal Khan, Oman

Batsman Jatinder Singh will undoubtedly be crucial to Oman’s T20 World Cup chances, but their bowlers will also be key in reining in Bangladesh, Scotland and Papua New Guinea.

Pacer Bilal Khan has formed a crucial part of Oman’s T20I rise over the past six years, with an impressive tally of 51 wickets in 35 matches. No bowler took more wickets than his 18 in the 2019 Qualifier, achieved at an average of 12.50 and economy rate of 6.65. In addition, he was the standout bowler against Bangladesh in their 2016 World Cup matchup, conceding just four an over in Bangladesh’s score of 180.

So, Khan needs to lead the way so the others can follow in a wonderful opportunity on home soil for Oman.
