The Sydney-born Timm van der Gugten could be a vital cog in the Netherlands’ lineup, owing to his experience in high-level cricket, including Sheffield Shield and County cricket, and most recently The Hundred and Vitality Blast in England.
Van der Gugten boasts 108 matches of T20 experience, with 122 wickets. He can also contribute with lower-order runs, as he showed in the ODI series against Ireland in 2021.
