With no cricket for the time being, it’s only human for us to look forward and imagine how things in the emerging game play out when normal transmission resumes. For all our uncertainty, we can take comfort knowing there will be new moments to savour, all in a rekindled relationship for sport, and one that we’ll never take for granted again.
